  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing times may be extended by 1–2 days.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

We currently ship from Long Island, NY using trusted carriers such as [USPS / UPS / FedEx / DHL].

Domestic Shipping within the US

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
    Cost calculated at checkout

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipment fees.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an item is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly.

Local Pickup or Delivery 

  • Free local pickup is available in by appointment.

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready.

Preorders

If your order includes preorder items, it will ship once all items are available unless purchased separately. Estimated shipping dates will be listed on each product page.
